I love that Safiya helped a Latina owned small business. Everyone seemed wonderful and like they were enjoying themselves and enjoying sharing their craft. The chocolate turned out amazing!

The fact that the whole Escazu crew seemed to spend the whole day giggling from Safiya's humor is so sweet (pun intended!)

Honestly watching Saf and Ty consistently build such fun rapport with everyone they collaborate with is so special! It's one thing to have curiosity and respect for what other people do, but another thing entirely to create such a friendly environment. Loved this video so much! xo

I love how the factory feels less like, automated and more like it's someone cooking in their kitchen, it's so lovely to see the poeple behind the works.

This made me appreciate the chocolates so much more. I feel much better about spending more money on chocolates too, just seeing how labor intensive the process is.

This was such a cool video, not just for the custom chocolate part, but also to see how a local, smaller business actually makes the chocolate, starting with the beans. Especially thankful for Saf choosing a latina owned business instead of industry giants because not only were they able to show more of the process but the overall atmosphere and just behind the scenes was super fun.

Safiya and Karla sorting the small beans away reminded me of the Bournville ads where a small discarded cocoa bean would bawl after not being selected 😭

I love how safiya is nervous but still has her comical side about her. Love how you always have a smile on your face in every video

This series is catered to me, specifically - someone who loved the factory videos on "Mr. Roger's Neighborhood" as a kid and "How it's Made" as an adult and has been a regular at a goth club for 16 years. Love watching Saf have a blast learning how things are made and trying new skills. She does it with such respect for the staff at each location as well.

I work at a local Belgium chocolate shop and it’s so fascinating watching everything come together! It’s a lot of hard work but in the end you made something tastefully beautiful!

Oooo the flavours seem really interesting- Australia has a really unique chocolate factory in Tasmania that essentially kept the OG cocoa bean alive and now sells specialised chocolate from it
